RST College Park is a new mixed-use construction project located in Maryland. The development includes 317 residential units, amenity and fitness spaces, and retail space. The building is constructed as Type 3-A over a two-story concrete podium of Type 1-A construction.

I have been involved in this project from design development through construction. My tasks have included developing construction drawings, participating in the third-party review process, reviewing submittals, and responding to RFIs (Requests for Information) in a timely and accurate manner. Additionally, I have coordinated changes during construction to maintain project alignment and deliver effective solutions to challenges as they arose.
