Pandya House is a single-family home located in Palmetto Bluff, Bluffton, South Carolina. The property includes a greenhouse, a triple-garage, and a mother-in-law suite on the second floor.

My responsibilities during the design and construction process included developing construction documents, creating renderings to illustrate the design for the client, and submitting drawings to the Architectural Review Board (ARB) for approval. Additionally, I worked closely with the clients to ensure the design aligned with their vision and managed builder-requested changes throughout the construction process.
